Relating to providing that the State ad valorem tax levied in the Counties of Nueces, Jim Wells, Jim Hogg, Brooks, Kleberg, Willacy and Duval, heretofore donated and granted to the City of Corpus Christi, be paid to said City in an amount sufficient to discharge all obligations payable from such donation and grant and providing that any excess shall be retained by the said counties for farm to market roads or flood control; prescribing the method of computing the amount due by each county.
