Relating to authorizing the governing body of any city or town and the board of trustees of any independent school district, which city or town and school district overlap one another, to co-operate with one another and jointly purchase, construct, or otherwise acquire and equip a building, including the purchase of a site, to be used as an auditorium; providing that the use thereof by such city or town and school district shall not interfere with one another; providing for the payment thereof, including the issuance of bonds and the levy and collection of taxes.
