Relating to authorizing the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission of Texas to enter into cooperative agreements with the United States for the protection and management of wildlife resources on certain National Forest lands in Texas situated in Houston and Trinity Counties and to restock and protect same; prescribing penalty for violations of rules and regulations promulgated by said Commission and for other purposes.
