Relating to amending certain statutes relating to the regulation of the practice of embalming in connection with the care and disposition of dead human bodies; providing for applications for licenses and examination by the State Board of Embalming; requiring the payment of license fees; providing for the issuance of licenses; providing for the registration of licenses with the county clerk of the county in which practice is to be conducted; providing for conspicuous display of licenses.
