Relating to make it the duty of and to direct the State Highway Department to erect and maintain signs showing the maximum lawful speed for commercial motor vehicles, truck tractors, trailers, and semi-trailers (trucks); and motor vehicles engaged in the business of transporting passengers for compensation or hire (buses); providing where such signs shall be erected and maintained.
