Relating to providing that the State ad valorem tax levied under Article 8, Section 1a, of the Constitution of Texas, in the Counties of Nueces, Jim Wells, Jim Hogg, Brooks, Kleberg, Willacy and Duval, heretofore donated and granted to the City of Corpus Christi, be paid to said city in an amount sufficient to discharge all obligations payable from such donation and grant.
