Relating to amending certain Acts by providing that a person who has been a resident of Texas for five (5) years and has two (2) years of pharmaceutical training, and an additional two (2) years of practical experience under the supervision of a registered pharmacist may be allowed to take a special examination given by the State Board of Pharmacy; providing the scope of the examination.
