Relating to amending certain Acts relative to County Law Libraries, so as to provide that the Commissioners Courts in certain counties of Texas shall be authorized to fix the assessment to be made in each civil case for the maintenance of such library, a sum not to exceed Five ($5.00) Dollars, the other provisions of the law to be the same.
