SB 220, 53rd R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to provide that any county having a population of thirty-five thousand (35,000) inhabitants, or over, according to the last preceding Federal Census, or having a tax valuation of Twenty Million ($20,000,000.00) Dollars, or over, according to the last approved tax rolls, shall have a County Auditor; providing for the continuation of the office of County Auditor in certain other counties under certain conditions.
