Relating to providing for the assessment and collection of a fee or tax in divorce cases filed in counties having four (4) or more District Courts sitting as a Juvenile Board; providing that such moneys collected shall be placed in a separate fund and administered by the Juvenile Boards of such counties for the purpose of maintaining a Child Support Office.
