Relating to amending Statutes relating to the classification of patients of State Tuberculosis hospitals or sanatorium, by removing the phrase "Five Dollars per week for the board of such patient, together with the necessary cost incident to his transportation to said colony" and adding thereto the phrase "the actual cost of maintaining and treating such patient."
