Relating to authorizing payment or refund to any employee, former employee, or his beneficiary or estate, by any employer, former employer, or trustee, pursuant to a written retirement, death, or other employee benefit or savings plan and relieving such employer, former employer, or trustee, from liability to others for the amount, or any portions thereof, so paid.
