Relating to the crimes of arson and malicious mischief, to prevent the willful or malicious burning, wrecking, damaging or other destruction of any vehicle, or implement of husbandry, and to prevent the aiding, procuring or counseling of such burning, wrecking, damaging or other destruction to such property, if such property is insured or mortgaged; providing a penalty for violating this Act.
