Relating to defining a geological or geophysical map; defining theft of a geological or geophysical map; prescribing what constitutes the taking of a geological or geophysical map; making it a felony to commit the crimes of theft of a geological or geophysical map; making it a felony to receive, possess, reproduce, conceal, barter, sell, dispose of or transport a geological or geophysical map knowing the same to have been so acquired; prescribing a penalty.
