SB 223, 54th R.S.
Relating to authorizing out-of-state trust companies and banks, including national banks, to act in certain fiduciary capacities in the state of Texas, and national banks, with their principal offices in this sate, are permitted so to act in such other states, territories or the District of Columbia, by the laws thereof; providing conditions upon which such rights to act in the State of Texas may be exercised, and a penalty for failure to comply therewith.
