Relating to making it unlawful to break and enter into a coin-operated machine, or to work or manipulate the machinery of any coin-operated machine, with the intent to commit theft of any personal property from said machine, or for the purpose of obtaining any service through the instrumentality of such machine; creating a felony offense, prescribing the punishment and defining certain terms.
