Relating to amending certain statutes by prohibiting the Texas State Board of Examiners in Optometry from enacting any rules or regulations prohibiting, limiting, regulating, or in any manner affecting advertising, displaying of merchandise or eye frames, or the number or location of offices used for the purposes of the practice of optometry.
