HB 689, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that any county, municipality, taxing district or other political district or subdivision, commission, authority, department or other public agency of the State authorized to borrow money and issue bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness may institute suit in the district courts of Travis County, Texas, for determining the legality of proceedings taken or proposed to be taken in connection with the issuance or sale of all such securities and evidences of indebtedness and for validation of the same.
