Relating to providing that any owner, operator, their employees, of retail stores or service establishments or any duly authorized peace officer shall have the authority to hold in a reasonable manner for a reasonable length of time any person suspected of shoplifting and in doing so shall not be subject to civil or criminal liabilities for false imprisonment or slander.
