Relating to amending the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act so as to increase the minimum limits required in the financial responsibility provisions to Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) in case of bodily injury to or death of one person in any one accident and to Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) in case of bodily injury to or death of two (2) or more persons in any one accident.
