Relating to requiring doctors, dentists and other persons lawfully authorized to administer to or inject in persons any alkloidal drugs or drugs of an alkaloidal character or any antibiotic drugs, to test such person to determine if such person is allergic to such drugs, except in an emergency; providing for a penalty for violation of the Act.
