HB 903, 56th R.S.
Relating to amending the penal code relating to concealing mortgaged property by increasing the punishment making the violation of said law a felony, and providing that the removal of the mortgaged property from the location and address when the mortgage or lien was created without notifying the holder of the mortgage or lien within 30 days after said removal the location of such property shall be prime facie evidence that the mortgagor has willfully concealed said property in violation of this act.
