Relating to limiting provisions to Dimmit, Uvalde and Zavala Counties; making it unlawful for any person to hunt, take, kill or possess any game bird, game animal, fur-bearing animal, and fresh-water fish or other aquatic life in said Counties at any time; providing a penalty for the violation of any of the provisions of this Act.
