Relating to amending a certain Statute authorizing the governing bodies of counties, cities, towns and trustees of school districts to invest their respective sinking funds for the redemption any payment of outstanding bonds of such bodies and adding a new alternative investment by authorizing such bodies to invest such monies in interest-bearing time deposits in any bank doing business in Texas, where the payment of such time deposits is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
