Relating to authorizing certain cities to issue revenue bonds for the purpose of establishing, improving, enlarging, extending or repairing the airport or airports thereof, including the acquisition of land therefor, and containing provisions relating to such bonds and the revenues pledged in payment thereof; authorizing the levy and pledge of ad valorem taxes to pay operation and maintenance expenses of such airport or airports and containing provisions relating to the use thereof; authorizing the issuance of revenue refunding bonds and containing provisions relating to said bonds and the revenues pledged in payment thereof.
