Relating to requiring all meetings of the governing bodies of municipalities, county commissioners, boards of education and school trustees, and all other boards, governing commissions or organizations, supported by public funds or expending public funds, to be open to the public; providing certain exceptions; providing for action by any interested person for violations by members of governing bodies or agencies of the provisions of the Act.
