Relating to state credit unions, loans and investments therein, the maximum rate of interest and other charges on loans made thereby, and the supervision, examination, examiners fees, expenses, bylaws, board of directors, officers, audits, dividends, dissolution, conversion, and liquidation thereof, capital and surplus, advisory commission, and slander or libel of credit unions; imposing penalties for violation.
