Relating to providing for the control and operation of public Hospital Corporations for the purpose of accumulating funds by means of donations from private persons and contributions from the United States of America to be used by the corporation in the erection and equipment of such hospitals and for the control, operation and responsibilities of such corporations and trustees, and setting out provisions for the construction and management of county hospitals by such corporations.
