Relating to changing the name of the Criminal District Court of Tarrant County; changing the term of the Criminal District Court No. 3 of Tarrant County; granting the judge of said court same power as other District Judges in Tarrant County; authorizing exchange of benches among all District and Criminal District Judges in Tarrant County and with any other District Judges in Tarrant County; providing for appointment of Bailiffs for the Criminal District Courts and County Criminal Courts Nos. 1 and 2.
