Relating to establishing a Uniform Standards Code for Mobile Homes approved by the United States of America Standards Institute for installation of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems in mobile homes; to require a license to be issued by the Bureau of Labor Statistics to mobile home dealers and manufacturers engaged in business in this state; providing for enforcement and penalties.
