Amending the subject matter of the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act as follows: providing benefits; providing duration of coverage and elections; providing definitions of terms and adding additional definitions of terms; providing for repeal of all laws and parts of law in conflict and for preserving rights accrued thereunder; providing severability of provisions; providing an effective date for this Act.
