Relating to the designation and assignment of judges of county courts at law and the domestic relations court in El Paso County by the district courts of El Paso County and the District Court for the 34th Judicial District, to act as judge presiding for said district courts; relating to the qualifications, authority, powers, and duties of such judges of county courts at law and domestic relations court in El Paso County while acting as judge presiding in said district courts; relating to objection or appeal as to the validity of such designation or assignment; making other provisions relative to the district courts, domestic relations court, and county courts at law of El Paso County, and the District Court for the 34th Judicial District; providing for additional compensation for county courts at law of El Paso County; providing a severability clause; and declaring an emergency.
