Relating to an increase in monthly benefits payable by the Teacher Retirement System to certain annuitants; creating a new benefit reserve account to hold funds for post-retirement benefit adjustments allowed after January 31, 1975; providing for the accrual of interest on benefit reserve account assets; authorizing an appropriation to fund the increase in monthly benefits; conditioning such increase on that appropriation.
