Relating to cooperative associations, including hospital laundry cooperative associations; making certain nonexempt cooperatives eligible for membership and service by a cooperative association; making political subdivisions and municipalities eligible institutions; permitting operation of a system for the benefit of nonmember eligible institutions; permitting distribution of surplus revenue among patrons; providing a severability clause.
