An Act Relating to the power of certain cities to provide funds to any mortgage lender for the purpose of enabling such mortgage lender to provide funds to finance or refinance the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of residential property for dwelling units to be occupied by one or more persons of low and moderate income within the corporate limits of the eligible city; providing for the issuance of revenue bonds for such purposes; providing for the power to promulgate regulations relative to the provision of said funds; providing for the approval and registration of said bonds; providing that this act shall be cumulative; providing that this act shall be severable; and declaring an emergency.
