(1) W.T. Roberts, in special election 8/4/1862, succeeded Lipscomb Norvell. Roberts probably joined the 13th Texas Mounted Volunteers soon after and did attend the 1st Called Session. Members of the Texas Congress 1836-1845; Members of the Texas Legislature 1846-2004 2005.
