Charges

It shall be the duty of the Committee to study the need for the adoption of more modern and uniform corporation laws; and that as a result of such study, to formulate, under a single code, corporative laws which will be adequate, clear concise and practical and to recommend the adoption of such a code to the next Legislature or to any Called Session of this Legislature.
