Senate Committee on Occupational Education, Interim - 62nd R.S. (1971)

Charges
• The committee shall review the overall problems of occupational education, including (1) the effectiveness of the State Advisory Council for Technical-Vocational Education in accomplishing its duties as set forth in SB 261, 61st Legislature, Regular session; (2) the funding of occupational education programs; (3) the need for the state to coordinate all programs that relate to the training of manpower; (4) the need to revise occupational education curriculum; (5) problems in teacher training and counseling; and (6) a review of state licensing and examining boards.*
