Charges

  • Conduct a personal investigation and examination of the work being performed by the committee clerks employed and paid by the House of Representatives for checking the school census, for the purpose of determining whether such work is being properly performed, or whether it is a duplication of work and expense, and whether such expenditure is being properly made by the Legislature for this purpose.
