Charges

The Committee shall examine alternative means of resolving disputes, including but not limited to mediation and arbitration, and make recommendations regarding how alternative forms of dispute resolutions could be used to the benefit of Texas Citizens.

The Committee shall study and monitor the use of funds appropriated for legal and judicial purposes.
