Charges

Study the current financial market and its effect on the housing situation in Texas; the study shall include, but not be limited to, examination of the lending practices of financial institutions, assessment of the resources available for financing home purchases and home rehabilitation projects, and determination of ways of improving the housing money market in Texas.
