Charges
- Develop, distribute and disseminate antidropout messages throughout the state and encourage broad-based participation by all of the print, broadcast, advertising, and public relations industries, as well as to consider the viability of statewide coordination of antidropout media efforts.

HCR 107, 71st Legislature, R.S. requested that the Lieutenant Governor and the Speaker of the House establish the Task Force, however, no action was ever taken on this request.
