  • Study the implementation in Texas of the federal Rural Health Clinic Services Act, Public Law 95-210, signed into law by President Carter in December of 1977. Particularly consider if state laws allow nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants to provide primary health care services at rural health clinics without direct supervision by a physician.*
