Resolution called for committee of three, one appointed by the President of the Senate and the others appoined by the Speaker of the House. Report signed by only two members--Sen. Van Zandt and Re. I.J. Burns.

Report also includes Attorney General opinion no. 2901 signed by Homer C. DeWolfe.
