Charge:	This report should address the charge below.
1.	The House Select Committee on State Bond Revenues shall obtain and review all information related to the issuance of bonds, and to the disposition of proceeds from bonds issued pursuant to amendments to the Texas Constitution approved by the voters in November, 2001. The review shall be designed to provide assurance that legislative purposes are properly implemented.
