Charges:	This report should address the charges below.
1.	Review the management and operation of the petroleum storage tank remediation fund by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC). The Committee should pay particular attention to reimbursement requests and charges by contractors to the tank owners.
2.	Review reimbursement policies, including priorities, reimbursement criteria and auditing procedures, for the fund and recommend changes that are needed in the operation of the fund, if any.
3.	Review all state and federal laws, and agency rules, relating to the petroleum storage tank remediation fund and make recommendations regarding changes in law or agency rule, if desirable.
