Charge:	This report should address the charge below.
1.	Investigate and report within thirty days to the present session of the Legislature on the activities of such trusts and corporations with its recommendations as to the passage of such laws as will property protect the citizens of Texas, regulate the operation thereof, and with recommendations of systems of taxation thereof, and where necessary, instruct the Attorney General to file suit to forfeit charters or permits to do business in this State.
