1. | WHEREAS, it has been brought to the knowledge of certain members of this House that papers duly addressed and stamped by members were abstracted from the House and sold to merchants of this city as waste paper, therefore be it RESOLVED, That a committee of three be appointed to investigate the matter and make report to this House. * |
