Charges:	This report should address the charges below.
1.	(1) Investigate the advisability of the Prison Commission for and on behalf of the State exercising its said option for the purchase of said Blue Ridge Farm, and report to the Legislature the increased value of said land, if any, as resulting by reason of the discovery of oil on said Blue Ridge Farm.
2.	(2) Investigate the manner, circumstances, and any and all other matters connected with and relating to the execution of the original option to purchase said lands by the Prison Commission from said Bassett Blakely, and any and all other agreements, contracts, or communications, by and between representatives of the State of Texas and said Bassett Blakely relating to the same, and the attempted cancellation and release of said option.
