2. | Investigate the activities of John Milton Addison and his related ventures, variously called Murchison Ventures, White, Green and Addison, Inc., Transworld Mining Company and other names. Ascertain whether the Texas Securities Act was being violated with impunity, whether it was being enforced or whether it needed amendatory legislation. Ascertain the truth or falsity of a barrage of charges and accustions made by Addision, his associates and followers against law enforcement officials of the State of Texas. | |
